Acne Myth and What kind of misconception about acne, you?
There are many myths about acne. Today I would like to highlight five of them and I hope to destroy the myths for you and increase your chances of getting a clear skin.
1 acne is caused by poor hygiene : This is a myth. If you frequently wash your face every day, is likely to aggravate your acne. 5 Myth Eating chocolate can cause acne : This is ridiculous. Eating chocolate can cause acne to occur. In fact, no research has shown that eating certain foods can cause acne outbreaks. However, each individual is different. It should be noted that foods can cause negative reactions on the skin, so you can avoid eating foods that prevent acne is extended to take over your face.
